Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. You may not use Marginfort to:

• break any law, or the rules of any marketplace, payment provider or ad platform you connect;
• submit false, altered or misleading evidence in a chargeback, claim or reimbursement request;
• sell illegal, counterfeit or prohibited goods;
• access, copy or connect stores or accounts you are not authorised to use;
• collect or use your customers' personal data in ways your own privacy notice does not allow;
• send spam or unsolicited messages through any feature;
• probe, scan, overload or attack the Service, or try to get around usage limits;
• copy, resell, rent or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
• upload malware or harmful code.

If we find a breach, we may pause the related feature or suspend the account, and we will tell you why. Report abuse to [email protected].
